Two suspected rogue traders have been arrested after being alleged to have targeted an elderly couple in Dartford in a roofing scam amounting to £60,000.
At 8.35am on December 21, officers visited an address near Princes Road and arrested two men, aged 39 and 47, from the Essex area, on suspicion of fraud.
